Once you have decided on your image, use the pop-down box to select your product selection...Bookplates, Note Cards or Wall Art. Next, select your font and your inscription from the pop-down boxes. After that type in the name as you would like it to appear.
Silly Goose is a made to order business. Your goodies should get into your happy little hands within a week or two. If you need something faster, please contact me, to see if it can be done before ordering. I will send you a delivery confirmation e-mail the day your order leaves me.
All online payments can be made with PayPal. If you are not familiar with PayPal, you can learn more about it at www.paypal.com. It is free for you to use and a safe way to pay online with your credit card.
I am happy to accept personal checks or money orders. You have the option at checkout to pay with check or money order. All orders will be processed after the check has cleared.!
Generally, orders with errors made by Silly Goose will be reprinted at no charge and shipped as soon as possible.
Errors made by the customer will be reprinted at a discounted rate and processed as quickly as possible. Shipping charges will apply. An error made by the customer includes the following situations:
** text originally submitted with an error
** an option incorrectly chosen on the online order form

Silly Goose ships anywhere! I strive to keep shipping costs to a minimum. All domestic orders are shipped via UPS Ground or FedEX Home Delivery, both of which take about 3 to 5 days. Here are the shipping rates for domestic orders:
$0.01 - $50.00 = $6.00
$50.01 - $100.00 = $8.00
$100.00 and up = $10.00
For your convenience, I am happy to ship your gift orders directly to the recipient. Simply fill out the shipping information and use the "Comments About Your Order" box to request a gift card and tell me what you would like the card to say. Due to the complexity of shipping, if you would like to send multiple gifts to different addresses, I ask that you submit the orders separately. I apologize for the inconvenience, but all items submitted as part of the same order will be shipped to the same address.
Great gift idea! You simply e-mail the gift certificate as a gift! If you wish, make a note in the comments section of the order form and we will mail a paper certificate to you or directly to the recipient.
Gift Vouchers are purchased just like any other item in our store. You can pay for them using the stores standard payment method(s). Once purchased the value of the Gift Voucher will be added to your own personal Gift Voucher Account. If you have funds in your Gift Voucher Account, you will notice that the amount now shows in the Shopping Cart box, and also provides a link to a page where you can send the Gift Voucher to someone via email.
To send a Gift Voucher you need to go to our Send Gift Voucher Page. You can find the link to this page in the Shopping Cart Box in the right hand column of each page. When you send a Gift Voucher, you need to specify the following: The name of the person you are sending the Gift Voucher too. The email address of the person you are sending the Gift Voucher too. The amount you want to send. (Note that you don't have to send the full amount that is in your Gift Voucher Account.) A short message which will appear in the email. Please ensure that you have entered all of the information correctly, although you will be given the opportunity to change this as much as you want before the email is actually sent.
If you have funds in your Gift Voucher Account, you can use those funds to purchase other items in out store. At the checkout stage, an extra box will appear. Ticking this box will apply those funds in your Gift Voucher Account. Please note, you will still have to select another payment method if there is not enough in your Gift Voucher Account to cover the cost of your purchase. If you have more funds in your Gift Voucher Account than the total cost of your purchase the balance will be left in your Gift Voucher Account for the future.
